AIFF Foster Alumni Speak at “Fatherhood Initiative” Prayer Breakfast
The Jack Brewer Foundation hosted a Congressional “Fatherhood Initiative” prayer breakfast in June 2022. Congressman and Super Bowl champion Burgess Owens, Congressman Byron Donalds, Dr. Alveda King and Pastor Marc Little were special guests. Foster alumni Alex Oleson and Lino Martinez shared their experiences growing up without a father in the foster care system. One of the highlights of the breakfast was when Congressman Owens had Alex and Lino try on his championship ring from Super Bowl XV in 1980 while playing with the Oakland Raiders.
